Members Present: Stephen Amico, James Egan, Richard Flynn, Donald Howard and David Soper

Others Present: Rene’ J. Read, Town Administrator and Executive Assistant Meredith Marini
I CALL TO ORDER –
7:06 p.m. Chairman Amico called the meeting to order.
Fire Contract – Mr. Read reviewed the terms of the Fire Union Contract which included a 3.5% increase in FY14, 2% in FY15 and 2.5% in FY16 and five specialty stipends.
MOTION by Howard second by Soper to approve the Fire Union Contract. Voted 5 - 0
Mr. Read indicated the Police negotiations will resume once a new chief starts.
MOTION by Soper, second by Howard to adjourn to Town Meeting.
7:12 p.m. Adjourned to Town Meeting.
